The squares are going to be solid grannies with the innermost rows being the high temp of the day, then the next rows the low temp, and then the outermost row being the birth stone month’s color. I am using a small hook and finer yarn for the squares themselves since there are so many of them. I will border them with plain white or black and join as I go.

I’m doing 183 stitches for the chain (as it’s half rounded up of 365) I’m also doing a basic half double stitch throughout, just to keep it simple.
